What is it like to work with Carin?
Carin's whole purpose is to bolster YOU, YOUR BUSINESS, and YOUR FAMILY. So, her approach is both thoughtful and strategic, based-on YOUR GOALS. She is warm and helpful and straight forward, so there's no guessing here. She wants you to have the best outcome possible and will ask for your feedback throughout the process as well. She believes that open communication is one key to positive results. This approach breeds a judgement-free zone, where we get to push forward together. This also means that efforts breeds rewards. How do I know what service is right for me? for MY business?
Because we know everyone grows and develops at their own unique pace, we have a variety of services and plans to fit your needs. Each service is described on its' own individual page and you can read more by clicking the photo icon on the services page: https://www.theproteaco.com/experience
If you're wanting a more customized experience, working with Carin on a regular basis to increase results for your business as a whole, then you may want to consider joining one of our membership plans. These plans range from 3 months-12months at this time and include a variety of assessments, coaching, and guided implementation. How do I book a service?
Whether on the services page or on the individual service page, you can click the "Book Now" button and it will take you through scheduling your initial session and paying for your services, if it has a set fee.
For the monthly plans, you can click the "Join Me" and you can sign up and pay for your first month online.

Please submit requests early as speaking events do fill up, especially live requests.
Does Carin speak to small groups?
YES!! Local Networking and Chamber Groups are wonderful and full of small business owners in need of resources! YOU are her PASSION! These are typically done virtually to save on costs and tend to fill up quickly, so please submit your requests early and indicate if you have any flexibility with dates!
